Face-to-face appointments

Stay at home unless we ask you to attend our offices – we will contact you about your next appointment which may be over the phone. If you have any questions, please contact us

 

Please make sure your Responsible Officer has an up-to-date contact number for you.

 

Community Payback

We have suspended all Community Payback work until further notice. If you have Community Payback hours to complete, we will contact you when work starts again.

 

Accredited Programme and group work activity (RARs)

We have suspended all programmes and group work activity until further notice. We will contact you when these activities start again.

 


Getting involved and having your say

As a result of the coronavirus pandemic User Voice will be changing the way they carry out their work over the coming weeks, but you can still get involved in shaping our services.
