Joining Sodexo Middle East was a pivotal moment in my life, especially as it coincided with the combined challenges of the Covid pandemic and my third trimester of pregnancy. I was apprehensive about finding a job during such an uncertain period, but Sodexo's welcoming and inclusive culture immediately put me at ease.

From the beginning, the level of support and understanding I received from the management and my colleagues at Sodexo was remarkable. They were attuned to the unique challenges that come with being a new mother, extending their support far beyond professional boundaries. Whether it was during my pregnancy, through the delivery, or during the often overwhelming initial stages of motherhood, I felt a consistent sense of belonging and acceptance.

One of the aspects of Sodexo's work culture that I appreciate most is its empathetic approach. I never felt marginalized or less valued due to my circumstances. Instead, they accommodated my needs with compassion and flexibility. There were times when the demands of new motherhood were tough, but Sodexo's understanding of these challenges allowed me to find a balance between my professional and personal life. They offered me the space and time to rest when needed, showing a genuine concern for my well-being.

I am immensely grateful to everyone at Sodexo MEA who has been a part of my journey. Their support helped me navigate a major life transition and confirmed my sense of belonging to this incredible family.
